Tooth Removal and Implant
Immediate Load after extraction
“Immediate Load” following extractions is something that is certainly possible and something that we practice often he
re at my clinic, when it is possible.
The front teeth, or centrals, are teeth that have only one root so the area left behind after extraction should leave plenty of bone structure for the placement of the implant. Of course this is not always the case. Some times we do not have enough bone on buccal which would require a bone graft in order for us to gain primary stability and avoid implant threads from showing when the patient smiles.
