Is it possible if I can I have bone graft and teeth implants at the same time? Not only is it possible (with a few exceptions), but also recommended. As we like to practice a more conventional approach to implant placement, and reduce the amount of surgeries. If we are able to place the bone graft and implants this reduces Osseo integration periods, and helps give better initial stability to the implant itself. If extractions are needed, if you have severe bone loss, or if you have infection in this area then the possibility of placing the implants along with bone grafting may be questionable and a full x-ray and physical evaluation will be needed.
